	Butchery Classes
	Every third Tuesday of the month we will be putting on Butchery classes. We will be changing the animals that we work with, and will finish off the evening with charcuterie platters! Room for up to 12 people, book now! Click here for short video

	Farmers' Nights
	Cowbell is pleased to announce our upcoming Farmers' Nights! Our farmers nights are truly unique evening where Chef Mark Cutrara will create a five course menu using ingredients from his favourite farms. The menu will also feature a wine pairing from an Ontario winery. Our farmers will be present for the dinner so come and break bread with farmers, neighbours and new friends at our communal table. The concept behind farmers' night is to allow our guests to truly connect with their food and the people who produce it.
