Eat, Drink & Give

Cowbell is contributing to a fundraiser on behalf of Doctors Without Borders happening on Tuesday, February 9th at 6:30pm in Roy Thompson Hall. For more information please see their website.

 

Butchery Classes

Cowbell's butcher Ryan Donovan and chef Mark Cutrara will work with 12 participants to learn the art of butchering an animal. All are invited to stay after the class to chat with Cutrara and Donovan, and to enjoy some of Cowbell's charcuterie with a pint. Upcoming classes for 2010 to be held on February 21, March 21, April 18, May 16, June 20, July 18, July 22, September 19, October 17, November 7 and December 12. The cost is $100 per person. Recipe for Change

Cowbell will be participating in a fundraiser for Foodshare on Thursday, February 25 from 6-9pm. For more information see Foodshare's website.

 

Sunday Brunch and
Family Roast Dinners

Starting Sunday, February 7 Cowbell will be open for brunch from 10am-3pm. We will also be starting up a Sunday family roast three course dinner that will cost $25 per person. Come join us!
